Gerry Marsden dies at 78

Singer Gerry Marsden of British group Gerry And The Pacemakers ("Don't Let The Sun Catch You Crying" & "Ferry Cross The Mersey") has died at 78 years old. In September of 1966 till 2010, the late Jerry Lewis Labor Day Telethon during the closing, Jerry sang "You'll Never Walk Alone". Gary Lewis of Gary Lewis & The Playboys heard that song done by Gerry And The Pacemakers in 1965 & Gary gave that song to Jerry to close the Telethon.
