There was a one hit wonder from the group called Glass Bottle from again my favorite year of music 1971 the song “I Ain’t Got Time Anymore” one of my greatest memories of this song was hearing it on The Big 8 CKLW on my cheap K-Mart transistor radio. Those were the days my friend.

That group is from New Jersey. Their first charted song back in May 30, 1970 was "Love For Living" (# 109 for 1 week on Billboard Bubbling Under The Hot 100 Charts). The song "I Ain't Got Time Anymore" went to # 36 (Billboard Hot 100 or Top 40) in September of 1971. Finally, the song "The Girl Who Loved Me When" went to # 87 in December of 1971. Their debut self - titled did NOT chart in Billboard Top 200 Albums. Their lead singer was Gary Criss.

Back in September of 1971 on "American Top 40", the late Casey Kasem played the B 45 side "The First Time" (instead of the hit song "I Ain't Got Time Anymore") which debuted at # 37. Casey then played "The First Time" again the next week at # 36 BUT Casey made a mistake & the 3rd & final week in the Top 40 which stayed at # 36 for the 2nd week, Casey finally played "I Ain't Got Time Anymore" INSTEAD of "The First Time". The next week it fell to # 43 in October 1971.
