By the way in March of 1969, Tommy Roe "Dizzy" was # 1 for 4 weeks & Creedence Clearwater Revival "Proud Mary" stayed at # 2 for 3 weeks on the Billboard Hot 100 Charts!! Creedence did NOT get a # 1 single at all on Billboard.

CCR didn't really take off until the 1970s. It would be interesting to see what was below 600 in their research. I think they may do similar research for a Bridge Top Tracks,, a 70s Top Tracks, etc. If you use Find, you'll see there are three CCR entries.

This research used listener votes as well as Billboard charts. Remember that the year end Billboard charts, at least until recently, used charts from November to November, not January until December. This affected chart lists for decades, as some huqe multi week #1s didn't show up at all in lists because the chart entries were in two different years. I think that is where the Whitburn yearly top lists differ, as they only depend on top chart positions.
Is THAT where they got the idea for the 486-SX?

Same (x, y, z), different (t)
