Kroger Pickup Stops Selling TP
Just FYI to any who do Kroger pickup like I do to stay in these hard times, they will no longer sell toilet paper to you. Just keeping you updated.
Edit: apparently, this is only for Cottonelle and could also be temporary.

The right needs to stop worry about what’s between people’s legs. Instead, they should focus on what’s between their ears.
Audacity sucks.

That's pretty funny stuff!
Ironically, I just purchased some Cottonelle at Kroger a week ago.
Speaking of TP - am I the only one to notice the texture and abrasiveness of Angel Soft varies from package to package? Very annoying. For a few years, every time I purchased it at Meijer, I'd get the "good" version, but the last couple times, I wound up with the same semi-abrasive version Kroger sells.
So, I've recently switched allegiance to Cottonelle (1-ply; I don't care for their 2 ply).

There are probably several manufacturers that supply Angel Soft. Frankly, abrasiveness cleans better. That's why you go through more Cottonelle. It's not like they give a ..... er, hoot about softness. Biggest scam since "Repeat" on shampoo bottles.MWmetalhead wrote: ↑Sun Mar 28, 2021 10:08 amThat's pretty funny stuff!

I'm a Quilted Northern man myself. I accept no substitutions.
FWIW, most plumbers I've asked recommend Scott tissue...y'know, the hard stuff. Apparently it breaks down faster and doesn't clog pipes.

Scott is sand paper. No thanks. I do Cottonelle or Quilted Northern. Liked Charmin until they changed two years ago.

Keep in mind that when you clean just about any surface, you want your cleaning cloth or paper towel to be at least mildly abrasive, without damaging the surface.
