I don’t believe I’ve seen it referred to that in any doc I’ve read, but good try (I guess ;)).

While it is a decagon, it is a large simple device that has been designed to serve a single specific purpose.

Hint: This one is in Michigan’s Cheboygan County; there’s another in a park near Grand Rapids, MI, too.

Don't matter how many people you pack into it, it's a sound mirror. They were readily used in WWI to detect airplane/zeppelin engines over the English Channel. Prior to radar. Now they are simply toys where you can talk to someone else a long way away.

Naturally amplified or concentrated sound. This is not one of a pair, but a stand-alone device…
