We got word back from our lawyer, and he was saying that he thought we should settle and reimburse the guy. However, we had our electrician go out to inspect the work by the gentleman's electrician. He confirmed that the breaker was the homeowner's responsibility because the breaker was beyond the meter. The work done was not a general building issue that would affect more than #2's unit. Our management company is sending this back to the lawyer for review.
