The burgers don't make up for being controlled by a curfew. I have heard they are overrated anyways. Hard for me to believe anything can top Whataburger.
Believe it. Hands down the best fast food burger out there (I don’t consider 5 Guys fast food per se - no drive thru and cooked to order)

They’re now in Dallas and Denver so they’re getting closer to the Midwest

They are family owned, and Texas is the first area outside California they have decided to go...

Given how cheap people are in the Midwest, don't expect them here any time soon.

Quality control: There are no freezers or microwaves in In-N-Out restaurants because the company has a strict policy of serving its food fresh. Therefore, all locations must be within 300 miles of the company's distribution facilities.

Was the old " Hot N Now" related to In N Out?

I agree with TC Talks on that one. Hot N Now was like a half assed version of Checkers.
They’re now in Dallas and Denver so they’re getting closer to the Midwest
Get outta here - you mean to tell me Dallas (which already has Whataburger and Taco Cabana) now has In-N-Out, too?!?!

THAT AIN'T FAIR!!! :)

Sorry about this, but my mind just works this way...

I wonder if Texas ever legalized marijuana, someone will open a shop called "The Grassy Knoll?"

I was in Texas in August. Whataburger is pretty good but not In-and-out good.

When I lived in NorCal went to In-N-Out 4 or 5 times. I didn't find anything special about it. I guess its great compared to McDonalds.

Paper thin patties. Fries sucked. Not worth the lines.

My co-worked had the same opinion.

I had my first Whataburger a couple of months ago in the Florida panhandle. Amazing quality, and that’s saying something because most fast food burgers are medicore at best.

Is the Hot N Now still around in Sturgis? That was the last one remaining. I remember the Rosevile, Monroe, and Holland locations quite well.

Sending a virtual rimshot your way. :)

That's a good one.

In N Out is nothing magical. Ptobably over-hyped, but light years better than Micky D's (sorry, bidet).

Seldom eat fast food but every month or so, especially since the pandemic, it's been a treat for me and the wife. And the dog.

I'm waiting for a fast food place to start offering a grilled cheese and lobster sandwich. That'll be the thing that gets me to hit the drive through.

I will admit, about once every six months I'll hit a McDonalds for a Bacon, Egg and Cheese biscuit. Their biscuits are damn good.

I have seen In and Outs in my travels but have never tried them. Back in the day when I used to hit fast food after a night if clubbing, I always liked Jack In The Box.

Ironically, one of my favorite YouTubers did a review on this today. Very interesting.
