Don't confuse the boy with facts, he isn't at that level yet.

Most of what you just wrote is fiction.
But it gets the point across. Had everybody cooperated for about a month or so and then felt masks were there patriotic duty ala 1918 we would be where other countries are. Oh well.
Alternatively, we could be in the same good position Sweden is in if we never had any of the bullshit lockdowns: https://www.newsweek.com/sweden-covid-1 ... wn-1522306

Sweden has previously expressed regret at locking down. Their chief health guy said he would have locked down if he could do it again.

How does fiction get a point across? Seems to me facts would do a much better job.
Only some of it was fiction.

I'd like to see the quote on that. Why would their officials regret not locking down like other countries that have done so with worse results? Doesn't make sense.

Lockdowns only delay the inevitable. It's like a balloon, you can squash it, but just pops out somewhere else.

What needed to protected is those over 55 or 60, and pull out the stops.

Yeah... nah... we're going to put Covid patients in nursing homes instead. That seems like a much more reasonable idea.
