I am hearing Texas and Oklahoma this afternoon. This is a very common part of the USA when it comes to FM band Skip.

KWLS on 107.9 from Kansas just came in. The whole 88-108 is active.

I'm right across the River from Downtown Port Huron. Around 3 PM or so the FM band went back to normal at my location.
