Does Keener 13 have a streaming internet station like CKLW The Big 8 Radio? I know that WCFL in Chicago has one as well.

No regular streaming, but the keener13.com site does occasional special streaming shows.
Lots of airchecks and jingles, etc. on keener13.com's page on Soundcloud.

If it wasn't for the Ken Ham (of Ark Encounter fame) commercials (is that their only sponsor?), I would have no complaints.
It is definitely an eclectic mix of oldies which is hard to find on other commercial radio outlets (broadcast or internet).
