Re: WRIF
I like that WRIF is not scared. The way it should be:
WCSX: 80% Traditional classic rock 20% 80's hair metal hits
WLLZ: 80's and 90's
WRIF: 80% 2000 and beyond 20% 90's

Re: Media Memories of 2020
Watching all of our stations barely even try to be neutral in their political coverage. Sometimes it was just painfully obvious. Isn't the "political coverage" you speak of national news? So what if the local news focused more on .... Local news? Instead of leaning on the satellites to fill more an...

Re: No more Rich & Tonia commercials on the radio
Thats sad. Not sure if its true or not but they seemed like good people. Whenever one of their commercials would come on my kids and I enjoyed waiting for Rich to emphasize "TA-DAY!"

Re: 97.1 Mornings...
Jamie's passing really left a hole in the 97.1 talent pool. There is simply no one else there that can fill that slot. John Jansen and Stoney are adequate at best and thats really the problem: the sum of two adequates is still only adequate. Riger does not help the situation. Stoney needs a top leve...

Re: Detroit annoyance list
I might as well add this to the list even though its not a person:
"Bohemian Rhapsody". I dont care what station I'm on (since its everywhere); as soon as I hear those first notes its an automatic station change.

Re: TV News Ratings November 2020
Maybe it's just me but I think the ladies on Fox 2 are more interested in showing us their latest hair-do than reading the news. I am ok with that. Also, the tighter the clothes the better. There are a few of the Channel 2 females that are quite, um, shall we say "underappreciated" in the chest area.
