I'm going to go on the record right now and predict that not one of these 34 counts will survive on appeal. Not sure how long it will take, but this conviction will ultimately be thrown out. The number of appealable issues are numerous.

Hey Matt, you were wrong!

Trump antagonized the judge this entire trial. He has showed zero remorse.

I think he will get jail time, but this is his first offense and these cases typically don't involve jail time. Probation likely and many fines.

There will be an appeal, but give us one week at Rikers.

It's pretty obvious that the outcome will unfortunately be not guilty. With 34 counts, it's not entirely up or down. I predict he will be found guilty of some of them.
