Re: Ron Cameron

Wtfdetroit - thanks for posting that info, have not listened to the train wreck in quite awhile. Gonna try to remember to catch it Friday.

How about 3G!? Whats he up to now?
I always thought Henson came off as a jerk on J & G . I would never listen to him if he came back.

Re: 97.1

I don’t see anyone on the station roster that would fit. They need to bring in new talent. Don’t care for Stoney in the morning shift.

Re: Ron Cameron

Does anyone else here think Ron could be kind of oblivious to the current world situation? Maybe doesn’t keep a social distance. Wonders why his favorite restaurants seem to all be closed. Can’t find the scores to last nights games.

Re: 50 Michigan movies

There should be some mention of all those old crime movies that reference Detroit. You know, the ones where Lefty just got in from Detroit, or the Big Guy just moved his operations to Detroit. Those movies say something about Detroit in the 1940s and 1950s. Lefty probably a brother of Mack The Knife.

Now for an ice-breaker

Did you hear about the guy who was half black and half Japanese? Every December 2 he attacked Pearl Bailey!
I thought that date was supposed to live in infamy.

In reference to Oldies 84 song of the day, Telestar: that was the first song by a British “band” to reach #1 in the USA. Three other “solo” acts had done it previously.

I'd like to announce that I just burped. Thought you should all know. Should I create a separate topic for this information? I really think it's important news!
I hope everything came up ok.
Thank god it didn’t come from the other end. That might have cleared out the room.

Agree about Stoney, that one has run it’s course. Also can’t argue about Leech, Fithian and add Bogie to that.
