Surreal to be spending my birthday as a family of 4 thanks to our greatest gift of all: our sweet baby boy Grant

Thank you to every single one of you who messaged, posted, texted or called. While little man's demands may prevent me from getting back to each and every one of you (I've only tried posting this 3 times ), just know your thoughtfulness is so, so appreciated. I am so lucky to have so many incredible humans in my corner ❤

Today was the first time I logged on in the nearly 10 weeks since we were headed to the hospital to welcome baby G. I am so darn grateful to have had this time to step back from the real world and soak up every sweet moment.

I think it's safe to say "my cup runneth over" would sum up my maternity leave best. We have been overwhelmed by everyone's kindness, generosity and simple check-ins for baby, nanny Sandy and mom and dad.

These last two+ months have been wonderful, exhausting chaos as we navigate life as new parents. Several tears have already been shed knowing this precious time is winding down.

I will see you all in about two weeks on January 27th. In the meantime, I'll be bottling up all of the snuggles, coos, big bathtub kicks and even the "impressive" diaper changes.

I don't know if it's a threat. She has a right not to renew her contract. Maybe we need to look at why she might want to leave.
Remember, anywhere HR is not your friend and not working for you. They work for the management.
I think Gray should reassign the 5 management team to another Gray Media facility like TV 6 in Marquette. The Saginaw/ Flint market seems to overwhelming for them.
Your job as a member of the management team is not to get sued and lose. Its to handle situations better. They didn't.

I believe the biggest problem is TV5’s, and formerly ABC12’S, current news director. I seem to recall that she targeted Leslie Toledo when she was a 12, resulting in a lawsuit. She left there and turns up later at 5, just before Gray bought 5 and sold 12. It strongly appears she’s the common denominator here

Wow...2 weeks? Thats awfully quick to be back at work after having a baby...having been a baby before, I can tell you from experience, wanted my mom around at least 6-8 weeks....
