The law is the law, I suppose. Seems kind of dumb to hold a candidate to a ballot they don't want to be on when they can still be removed prior to ballots being printed.

If keeping him on the ballot harmed Harris though, 100% Benson is finding a loophole around it.

The Natural Law Party was fighting the removal also. If he was removed, the Natural Law Party would lose their ballot access next time. The need X number of votes to keep their access.
