The purpose of this particular transaction isn't to support "growth." Rather, its intended purpose is to improve Cumulus' financial viability so that the odds of lenders having to endure a new round of charge-offs (and a second bankruptcy) is reduced.

Rock 95.5 in Chicago is the worst sounding major market rock station in the history of corporate radio.

I love towers, every time one of the local AM stations went to 50 KW and had to relocate and put up big directional arrays, I had to drive to the site and check it out :D Just don't build near my house, I like to have interference free Short wave operating here :D :D
