I'm currently at an Airbnb in the UP that does not have a bedside clock - how will I handle it???
I'm sure you'll handle it well. I will too.
But it was such an absurd reason to remove the clocks. "Because they make the room look out of date."
Are they afraid some people will refuse to stay there if there is an old fashioned clock in the room?
I don't mean to brag, but I just put a puzzle together in 1 day and the box said 2-4 years.

It also has RDS, but is not shown in photo.

I stayed at a Holiday Inn Express in Colorado Springs last night and asked the front desk about the clock issue. They told me that all American hotels are colluding to piss off union-loving, liberal Canadians who own second homes in the SE US. Take that as you will...

Well then, I guess we anti- liberal Canadians are just the unintended victims of collateral damage in an attack directed at Canadian Liberals.
So, if it makes life difficult for those bastards, I'm willing to put up with the inconvenience.
Excuse me while I wind my watch.

I am currently residing at an aloft by Marriott. It has a really cool retro looking clock on the bed stand and not only do they have a Bible they have a book of Mormon.
New York and Chicago were all in with respect to their sanctuary status — until they were hit with the challenge of actually providing sanctuary. In other words, typical liberal hypocrisy.

I stayed at the Aloft at the David Whitney Building in downtown Detroit. Very cool art deco decor. Rooms were done very well.

Retro schmetro. All I want is a clock I can see in the dark and I don't have to pay to use it.

According to Hilton, all clocks are retro. Embarassingly retro.

That is what your phone is for. No one believes you don't own a cellphone.

I do own a cell phone. The day I retired I put it into a drawer and it's still there. Probably wouldn't even work anymore.

I've just spent the past hour looking for that phone. I was going to post a photo of it.
It isn't in the drawer. I found the charger but not the phone. Either someone took it or it self destructed.

You should find that, it has a clock...

It would only work if I subscribed to a plan

There is something to be said for ambiance. The retro look fits perfectly for the overall feat of this hotel
