I hope you play music that actually was popular in Great Britain at places like the Wigan Casino, Blackpool Mecca, the Golden Torch and the Twisted Wheel. Examples such as "If This Is Love (I'd Rather Be Lonely)" by the Precisions, "Seven Days Too Long" by Chuck Wood and "I'm On My Way" by Dean Parrish. (Wikipedia will explain a lot.)

In the mid-80's Dino Valle followed Ron in the afternoon on WCAR. Ron was on at 4 p.m., and Dino (with his dramatic operatic introduction) was on at 5 p.m.
