After 20 games, they are 12-7-1, good for first place in the Atlantic. After 20 games last year, they were 8-10-2.

Awful game. Even worse in person. Poor shots, awful defense, and a goalie who shouldn't even be on the team. I would have pulled Gibson after the second goal.

Still in first, but that won't last with games like this.

Crazy how tight it is in the standings. 30 games in and two points separate the now first place Wings and being out of a Wild Card as they were a couple days ago. Parity rules with most teams being just so-so.

Great win in Montreal. Why couldn't Gibson play like that when I saw him against the Islanders?

Great road win last night against Colorado, and very unexpected, after a bad home loss to the same team over the weekend.

Only two goals, one about 30 seconds into the game, and one with about 30 seconds left in the game. Roughly 59 straight minutes of scoreless hockey between two good teams.
