Was Heather Pascoe she's been gone about 2 weeks but she was back on this morning

I’m pretty sure she would not be welcomed back in West Michigan. She plays the mother Theresa act really well but she was ruthless in her pursuit of success and earned a lot of enemies when she tried to bully out one beloved morning anchor. I’d put money she tried this tactic at circle 7 and failed again.

Every time she does her "Bit" I think to myself there's 2 or 3 minutes of my life I'll never get back, what a waste of airtime.

I wasn't going to chime in on this topic, but you bring up a good point.

When ever Isom's bit is coming up I switch channels.That kind of reporting is stupidity.

Will miss Anne Marie she was quite a talent imo,Circle 7 made a mistake here.

Liked Anne Marie's most wanted segment with the FBI.She needs to be picked up by one of those crime channels.

This X 10. Her reputation has followed her in all 3 markets and has left behind nothing but enemies. Just speak with ANYONE who worked with her at any of her three Michigan stations. The only question now IMO is whether her improved talent is enough to allow another station in Det to look past all of it and hire her on still. Doubtful, if for no other reason, her non-compete clause, ALL stations have em, the only question is whether hers is 6 months or a year.

She did a great job on West Michigan Most Wanted On Sat when she worked for Fox17. I never knew Ann Marie isn't well-liked she seems very nice.

I'm curious about non-compete clauses. I see folks on here mention them. So if someone does have a six month non-compete clause, does the station pay them for the six months?

It just seems to me (like I've said before I'm in no way professionally involved with media) that if the person isn't allowed to earn elsewhere for a period of time, they should be getting at least something during that time period.
