Got a few catches this morning within the US NCE FM band
88.9 WDTR(?- Smile FM) stronger than usual with some interference from CIMX
90.1 WUCX? very weak, KDTI bleeding in badly
90.5 WKAR somewhat weak, KDTI creeping in
90.7 WNFR weak
91.3 WGTE weak (rare catch for me now over the new CFCO 91.3)

I did a full bandscan and from home (Rochester Hills- Auburn/Dequindre area) no sign of the violating translator W300DI

90.3 WBLV was into Whitmore Lake with a very clear signal this morning (the 16th). When did they drop Morning Edition and ATC and become an all-classical/jazz station?

Not sure when they did, but it does make sense. The vast majority of WBLV's listening area can get those shows via 88.5/95.3 WGVU, 104.1 WVGR, 89.5 WCMU, and/or 89.7 WLMN. GR hasn't had a full time classical station since WFGR first flipped to oldies around 2004-05ish

Not to mention WKAR 90.5, they air both Morning edition and ATC as well but also switch back to classical for most of the day most days, with weekend shows bringing other formats (jazz/ folk/ etc) to 90.5. Kind of a hybrid of WKAR has the same format of WBLV or they air NPR (or something else), just depends on the time you tune in.

Albeit WKAR 90.5 is not home to a bulk of the NPR and PRX suite of news/talk programming (that's where WKAR AM comes into play), it is just home to the main primetime news during morning and evening drives.

Wisconsin stations are probably a viable listening option as well for parts of Mason and Oceana counties.
WBLV also used to have jazz through the night, but now they switch back to classical at 2:00 and run the Beethoven Network until local programming resumes at 7. Makes it tougher for me to determine whether I'm hearing WBLV or WCLV during tropo.
