AI is actually pretty cool.I know a couple internet radio owners that use it and you don't notice a difference between the human element or AI. Many broadcasters are beginning to utilizie it in everyday operations.

Jeff Zito is now handling afternoons. I believe he voice tracks from Florida.

He had been handling early evenings on 94.7.

I'm sure based on costs we'll be stuck with Jeff Zito voicetracking afternoon drive, which is a real bummer. Bringing Mike Staff back to radio would be awesome. I know he owns a production company and does wedding and may want nothing to do with a dying industry. He'd probably cost more than they're willing to pay anyways at Beasley. Mike Staff would be an excellent hire though if he was willing and Beasley had the money to spend.

Mike Staff was on the Drew Lane podcast when he did the history of the WRIF. It sounded like he was done with doing radio forever. He's probably over 60 by now. He was on WRIF since at least 95, maybe before.

Yes, he has done morning radio, but you gotta take a train and two busses to get from Z Rock to WCSX. There's no backrockwards or sound effects. I still think he'll be great there.
