To be fair, it's possible Cowboy knew that Kevin was a guest through this Board. But I still don't believe he's able to email. If he could email, he'd be regularly giving us his "This Date in History" spiel.

I suspect Ron thinks Kruschchev is still the Soviet premier. And that the USSR still exists.
