Let’s be real here. Nobody works on superior at iheart. It’s all farmed out of market. The other cluster is filled with lifers that are complacent. There are no jobs. The combo between lifers and complacency has turned into laziness.

The “shows” are all bland, or plagiarized from a tv station in a half assed attempted at being local. Not one of the lifers has made a decent attempt at being a social media star. They all rely on the fading radio audience and their “names”. It’s sad actually.

Regardless of my insight, the egos that are left are most likely resistant to change. While the shrinking job supply is squeezing others out who want to make positive change.

I haven't lived in Toledo in more than 20 years. I follow this board to see what's going on in a town where I spent my college years, and your constant gripes about one station both clutter the board and come off as ridiculously obsessed. I like actual "healthy discussion" and this isn't it.
