In that thread from 2013 Ron,was described as a slob,hack,classless.You can now add racist to this.With testimonials like this I can see why stations would be fighting to hire him.

Wow, the first several pages of the old thread, thought forever lost to history! Untold generations, yet unborn, will be thanking you, Bobbert, for your collections as they, along with historians, study Ron at the Ron Cameron Excellence in Brokered Broadcasting Library & Museum.

Thanks for that link Bobbert. That is the thread that got me started on Buzzboard. I noticed the date was 9-18-2013. I believe I joined on 9-20. I think the word I used to describe him may have been trainwreck. I too did once meet Scoop. Underwhelmed is the word to describe that meeting. And I didn’t have much expectation to begin with.

To be fair to Ron, I’m not so sure that he discriminates on the basis of race. Misanthrope that he is, Ron hates all, equally. Excepting those who acknowledge his greatness.

To be fair to Ron, I’m not so sure that he discriminates on the basis of race. Misanthrope that he is, Ron hates all, equally. Excepting those who acknowledge his greatness.

If that were true Ron would have offered an apology on his twitter account. Instead this ignorant blowhard makes it seem like it was his decision to leave WDTK. Martin is just as bad trying to cover up,Ron's racial slurs.

The fact that this debacle that Ron got himself into has not been mentioned anywhere but these pages shows that despite what Ron's big ego thinks of himself, nobody today that matters knows who he is. In a digital media that gains popularity based off of story clicks, nobody knows in this town. Ron should be thanking his lucky stars. Instead him and his rep get to tool around town to a red carpet rolled up for the free agent.

I am not sure that this will blow over.A perfect scenario would be for Martin to,recommend Ron to WPON.On,Ron's first day back the studio is picketed by civil rights protesters.This makes the local news.WPON not wanting,to,alienate sponors fires Ron,and Martin. What a beautiful day that would be

Due to the despicable behaviour of Ron this past weekend.I can no longer have the good name of Kidcat be associated with Ron,Cameron.As such I am removing my name from the Kidcat Ron,Cameron Buzzboard Hall of fame.From now on the hall will be named The Ron,Cameron,Buzzboard Hall of Fame.

People at other stations in town know what happened. News like this gets around other stations in a market quick. Ron is a legend in his own mind. He hasn't been relevant in this town in probably 40 years. All the station managers know his show is a 90 car pileup on the freeway in the middle of a snowstorm. That's why everybody listens...his show is so bad it's actually great comedy. He doesn't realize/care that this buzzboard is the greatest show promotion he's ever had. The sports teams probably don't know who he is. If they do, they probably think of him as a no talent blowhard hack.
