My question - asking if Lance knew Ron's friend, Harry Saferight - was left on the cutting-room floor.Bobbert wrote: ↑Sat Mar 25, 2023 2:40 pmAt 1:12, I e-mailed this question:
"In 1984, both Willie Hernandez and Aurelio Lopez pitched more than 130 innings. Many of their saves were multiple inning saves. How did you and Sparky Anderson manage their workloads?"
I got a feeling he missed it...but he didn't miss another one of Dan from Northville's softball questions.

Thanks for the validation, Ron.

Re: Ron Cameron
Lance sidestepped Ron's invitation to dinner with the ghost of AL Capone in Fenton.
Re: Ron Cameron
Lance wanted no part of going to dinner with Ron.Forget about my previous post of Lance possibily having early stages of dementia.

Re: Ron Cameron
Les Cain is tomorrow’s scheduled guest during the 2nd hour. I just saw the press release & topics expected to be covered include the guest still getting worker’s comp from his brief stint as a Tiger, his relationship with Billy Martin, being the last Tiger pitcher to homer before the DH rule took effect, & his greatest thrill in baseball.

This has the makings of a veritable show for the ages. I hope all of the appropriate Hall Of Fames have been notified.Momo wrote: ↑Sat Mar 25, 2023 7:16 pmLes Cain is tomorrow’s scheduled guest during the 2nd hour. Re: Ron Cameron
He just finished writing the eulogy he will be giving and is placing it in his new briefcase for safe keeping. It will touch on the fifty six Supe….uh Big Game’s that Jerry covered, with Ron citing his own assessments of each of them. Also will point out the numerous times JG was a guest on Sports Talk with Ron Cameron staring Ron Cameron.edj wrote: ↑Sat Mar 25, 2023 8:02 pmhttps://www.detroitnews.com/story/sport ... 048381007/

Ron probably tells potential advertisers that if they don't buy ads, they'll go broke in 2 days. That's because he tells them that everybody in the world listens to "The Sports Talk Radio Legend". Just ask him...he'll tell you. He'll also tell you that he personally saved dodgeball, shuffleboard, water polo, and horseshoes.

Potential show topic today: Tigers insider at the freep is giving the nod to Eric Hasse to be the opening day starting catcher over Jake “this team will win 70 with him” Rogers.
I am sure as Ron is scouring the paper on air today, this will catch his eye

Re: Ron Cameron
It’s part of the myth of Ron, he does brokered radio, a handful of us listen for some weekend “entertainment” yet he some how has guests like Lance parish that he connects with that come on the show. I am amazed at that
