Not all cops are bad, and this one seemed really hesitant, even saying it was bad PR.
He gave respect to not handcuff this old lady, which is admirable. It’s unfortunate people in high places don’t do the right thing, rather they follow protocol even if it results in the department and municipality getting its ass sued. Sorry, Rate This.
