It is clearly Cheri’s responsibility.

But might her struggles make her more relatable and understanding of her constituents who also struggle with paying rent and health insurance? It’ll be interesting to see whether voters hold these issues against her.

Her opponents have about 20 commercials to every one of Cheri's that air.
