Now if they could just nix the return Covid test requirement.
I’m going to Ireland in September. As long as the return test rule is in effect, I’ll be masking on the plane both ways.

So let's re-cap:
-Whitmer's well-over 100 Covid-related executive orders. ILLEGAL.
-Biden's mandate for 100,000,000 Americans to get vaccinated. ILLEGAL.
-Forcing millions of Americans to wear masks on various public transportation for the past 2 years. ILLEGAL.
Consequences for the tyrants who did these illegal things? None.

Well the hope is that November will bring consequences to both of the tyrants. Lefty twitter was trashing the judge saying none of the airlines were going to react. As of last night, United, Delta, and American all said masks were optional. I'm expecting Spirit to announce a mask wearing fee at any moment.
Edit: The pompous TCT was wrong AGAIN about this mandate.

Is this the same judge appointed by the former guy and was rated unfit to sit on the bench by the ABA?
I thought so.

So you're really going down that lefty twitter road? Today's WSJ editorial explains that the decision was sound:
Judge Kathryn Kimball Mizelle ruled that the CDC exceeded its statutory authority and never clearly explained its justification for the broad mask mandate, among other legal infirmities. It’s a strong opinion based in a careful reading of the Public Health Service Act of 1944, which was the basis for the CDC’s order.
Judge Mizelle says the agency stretched the meaning of the word “sanitation” in the law, which was never intended to justify such sweeping control over the behavior of millions of Americans. She quotes the words of Jeff Sutton, Chief Judge of the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals, in the vaccine mandate case that “this is no ‘everyday exercise of federal power.’”
It certainly isn’t, which helps to justify the judge’s national injunction in the mask case. National injunctions should be rare, but it would be hard to narrow, by geography or type of transport, a nationwide mask requirement for all public transportation.

Of course the left is trashing the judge - it's their only defense; they're intellectually incapable of making a coherent legal argument as to why she is supposedly wrong. Rather predictable response. Same response we got when Whitmer's orders got shot down. They can't make a legal case as to why they should be entitled to exercise the power that they're exercising. They decided early on in the pandemic that it is THEY who will determine what is best for society, law be damned. And while it sucks that some of this stuff is taking so long to get through the courts, I guess it is better late than never. At least now we have some precedents for the next pandemic.

Why shit on the judge if it doesn't impact you?

What great news on the day my mom tested positive.
They/them, non-binary and proud.
Remember that “2000 Mules” was concocted by a circus of elephants.
The right needs to stop worry about what’s between people’s legs. Instead, they should focus on what’s between their ears.
Audacity sucks.

Sorry to hear that your mom has covid, but an unconstitutional mandate is not related to her illness. I do agree that it is great news that the bullshit mandate is over!

We are going to have a resurgence of COVID next winter. God help us if it is a bad variant.

Wow, a dipshit "comedian". Get over it MCRF, covid is no longer a pandemic. The vast majority of the country is in great shape, and it has nothing to do with fucking masks. You can still wear one if you actually think it does a GD thing.
