Ron Cameron
Re: Ron Cameron
How about asking Ron if he’d be interested in replacing the retired Eli on the podcast with Denny & Page?
Re: Ron Cameron
Talking about Corey Kluber’s going to remind Ron of Cory Lidle.

Re: Ron Cameron
I'm glad I realized who he was referring to. At first I was really thrown off.
Re: Ron Cameron
I knew he was wrong, because I just read about Schottenheimer, but I couldn’t remember his name.
Re: Ron Cameron
Eli left because he said he was retiring.
Re: Ron Cameron
Ron’s now running a jobs show.
Re: Ron Cameron
Thanks for asking my question, Alex. There’s no way, though, that Page would agree to take Ron on.
Re: Ron Cameron
No, Ron, who’s not oriented to time & space, you’re not on Saturday from 11-1 & Sunday from 2-4!
Re: Ron Cameron
“Alex [Alway] thanks as always for coming on.”
Re: Ron Cameron
You know, "classic hits' and "oldies" do quite well as formats. Maybe ole Ron should position/promote his show as "Classic Sports" and only talk about the era he is comfortable with?
Maybe he could attract national brand sponsors like Depends, Annuities, Poly Grip, etc.

New York and Chicago were all in with respect to their sanctuary status — until they were hit with the challenge of actually providing sanctuary. In other words, typical liberal hypocrisy.
Re: Ron Cameron
Or maybe sponsors like Geritol, Stoppette, Tang, Ovaltine, Maypo, Metrecal, Vitalis & Old Gold cigarettes.Bryce wrote: ↑Sun Feb 07, 2021 12:08 amYou know, "classic hits' and "oldies" do quite well as formats. Even as he laments the unceremonious end to his podcast, Bob Page categorically rules out a suggestion that he & Ron team up again:
When the FL's win the Super Bowl or, as Earth, Wind and Fire so succinctly put it, "The 12th of Never!"
Here’s a golden opportunity for Ron to fill the vacuum left by the demise of the No Filter podcast.

Reading some of the posts on the twitter account, wow Mr.Page appears to be pretty angry on how this all ended. It’s too bad was a pretty good podcast From the few times I listenedMomo wrote: ↑Tue Feb 09, 2021 12:19 amhttps://mobile.twitter.com/bobpagesport ... 2845937665
