There are ways to legislatively rein the court in. Congress determines their power, the size of the court and what categories of cases they can or cannot hear. They also can pass a law making it so they cannot conduct the sort of judicial review they have since 1803. It’s a precedent and nothing more. You have no idea what has been triggered here.

Oh wow Kid... they've confirmed 220 Article Three Judges and over 20 article One Judges nominated by Trump.
You weren't even looking. The Federal courts have been changed for a generation.
You lost.

Mitch McConnell took the lead in hypocritically doing Trump’s bidding - reversing Mitch and fellow senator’s publicly-stated beliefs/vows - used to deny one president’s high court nominee’s hearing nearly a year before a next national election.
They then added unforgivable injury to memorable insult - ramming through the high speed nomination, hearing, vote, and swearing in, of THEIR party’s president’s high court nominee - with the next election days away. AND later - even as millions of Americans were actually voting for the next president!!
The context? A deadly pandemic crushing America - while those suffering watched McConnell drag his feet and tongue on passing legislation to financially rescue the suffering hoards. Even though he managed lots of time devoted to rushing Trump’s pick onto the court - should Trump’s re-election be decided there.
All of these drastic extremes will now cause an equal and opposite reaction from the opposing political party - should voter’s be allowed to vote, and their votes be fairly counted. Which is no longer guaranteed under vote-suppressing, mentally ill Trump, and his interfering puppet master, Vladimir Putin.

All of which is changeable without a filibuster and after passing a new judiciary act... you wanna play hardball? You guys play pretty good at it. Looks like fun, we need to try that too.

The first step is admitting the ends justify the means so thanks for letting that cat out of the bag. I’ll call him Red Machiavelli. Red-Mach for short.
Defanging the Supreme Court is the first reasonable step here. The minority should not perpetually hold the majority hostage. You have no idea the can of worms you just opened.
If you lose the Congress and White House and a bill passes and is signed into law limiting the types of cases the Supreme Court can hear to a narrow set of conditions it’ll be impossible to stop it.

Ask not what your country can do FOR you; ask what they are about to do TO YOU!!

If Trump can say we are rounding the turn on COVID then anything goes.
