I suppose they could be fined if somebody comes inspecting.. just like health inspections at a restaurant... and these wouldn’t take nearly as long.

Where do you dig this up? The Food Inspectors for restaurants go by .... LAW. The Health Dept issuing a "recommendation" to get a flu shot or a DemVid-19 procedure, is a suggestion, and is just that. You are mixing up apples for oranges.

We would have been wide open months ago. The Republicans have no intention of doing anything that involves restrictions, I firmly believe that’s the reason she bypassed them.
