So why does my radio in my car say this for the "radio station ID"? Hmm...

How much longer do they have on the Tigers and Wings deals? I can’t imagine it’s not a typo, but I’d rather listen to Freddy Fender for a few hours a day than that drivel they put on. Not by much, but yeah, I’m still going with Freddy over Valenti.

I don't think you'll hear Freddy Fender on Modern Country Radio. Garth Brooks yes but not Freddy Fender.

My apologies that I didn’t lead into the joke properly. I referred to Fender in jest, because I couldn’t think of any of the modern bro-country acts by name. Either way, I’d rather listen to a bad facsimile of country music (which is exactly what modern country stations are) than the programming on the Ticket.

Won't happen unless WYCD moves from 99.5 to 97.1

IF Cumulus traded 96.3 for 97.1 then you could have: K-100, K97...now hear your favorite big hat-singing songs on 99.9 in Toledo and on 97.1 in Detroit
