Has anyone heard from from former 25-66 anchor Sadie Hughes?

Proves once again if you sue Sinclair Broadcasting, they will go all out to ruin your career.

So, just because she hasn’t called you means Sinclair ruined her career?

Sinclair doesn’t have the power to gag someone. Stop giving corporations the power they don’t have.

It is interesting to see she uploaded two resume’ videos on YouTube February 2019. The next month, after getting no response, she filed a lawsuit:

Maybe she refused to go along with praising police blindly, printing their PR spin verbatim (look it up) without any second thought, like Mr. Conflict-of-Interest Harris. Maybe she thought people shouldn’t be hired just because their dad works there. Maybe she spoke out against the lack of diversity. Maybe she was frustrated by the place being ran by amateurs (that’s putting it graciously).

Whatever the reason(s), and like I’ve always said, the only money in broadcasting is suing your former employer. GOOD FOR HER!!!

Just ask Leslie Toldo who sued ABC12 because she claimed black men were being treated better than white women

Or Kimberly Russell who sued TV5 because she said downtown Flint is dangerous.

Or Kelly Miner who sued TV5 because they fired her for sucking at her job.

Vic: Sinclair will tell you (over and over again) how they are one of the largest local broadcasters in America and as a result of their size can force employees to sign these legally questionable clauses because potential employees can’t afford to be banned from working in about 40-percent of TV markets where Sinclair and its sidecar operations do business. It’s a racket that a judge or the FCC needs to break up.

Nobody is forced to sign anything.

Mid-Michigan’s favorite ex-anchor/fitness coach heads to trial next month! And not everyone’s happy. Despite years of legal maneuvering, Sinclair and its many lawyers have failed to get the case tossed. And now managers will have to testify under oath about this wrongful termination case.

Why no coverage by the other media? The Flint Urinal covered Toldo et al when she got her payout from WJRT.

If history is any lesson, this could be a costly couple of weeks for Flint’s newest GM!

First off, Lulli was sued by TV5, he countersued, and everything was eventually dropped. So he didn't "successfully sue" anyone. You don't even need a law degree to know that, even though I do.

Kim Russell got roughly six figures out of TV5 because she wasn't given a private security detail to escort her to her car. Diva.

Toldo got five figures out of ABC12 because she said black men were treated better than she was. Oh, and by the way, she has zero credibility doing anything race-related for news.

Like I've always said, the only money to be made in broadcasting today is to SUE THEM STEEEEEEEEERAIGHT TO HELL!!!
