Don't rule out Val Demings from Florida. She definitely is on the short list for running mate. She's making the rounds on TV.

Kamala Harris would be a terrible pick and would hurt Biden's campaign.

Whitmer is out because he is up by 15+ in Michigan.

He needs a swing state leader. If Florida can be won, it would put him over with electoral college votes.

I hate to say it but having a parent that has Alzheimer’s Joe is indeed showing the early stages. As far as getting the votes Biden will only be as good as who he picks for VP, Whitmer is still a possibility or Cory Booker. It really doesn’t matter Biden is Trumps equal the only difference is one’s a D and the other is a R both are incompetent. If Biden makes it to the debate it will be television worth watching.
