Vaccines work to stop or greatly reduce illness/disease. When the population utilizes them.

I've never had more than a mild case of the flu in any year where I've received the flu vaccine. I had a very severe case of the flu about a decade ago when I failed to vaccinate myself that particular season.

You cannot get it OTC, so I recommend you start drinking bleach daily. A ounce per every 10 pounds of weight would be a good start.
