The system isn’t set up to recall the governor by mail. It would require a change to the state constitution. Mail in voting works in the states that are already doing it. The smugness and complete asshat tone of the initial post in the thread was devoid of intelligent thought. You don’t even acknowledge that states both red and blue are already doing it with no trouble. They have safeguards in place to prevent fraud.
