A little help...………..
I have never had an FM station appear on 99.9 here in Kingsley and starting today 99.9 is really strong. Is this WHAK out of Rogers City?
Acceptable registrations in the queue through March 30 at 9:00a ET have now been activated. Enjoy! -M.W.

Re: The Wave 99.9
That station indeed calls itself "The Wave," so I'd say that is definitely the station you heard.
Paul Woods reminds me a bit of the Swedish Chef from the Muppets when he speaks!
Re: The Wave 99.9
Surprisingly, The Wave seems to be the most common 99.9 in Manistee! The other fairly common 99.9s are WSAU-FM from central Wisconsin and Live 99-9 from Benton Harbor

The Wave comes in more than all of the other Sunrise Side stations combined (it helps that the other large Sunrise Side signals are co-channel to locals or semi-locals)organman95 wrote: ↑Sun Jan 05, 2020 4:46 pmInteresting. I never could pick up The Wave in Manistee.

Must be another "depending where and the weather conditions" type of situation. Never could get it down the hill at First Street Beach... although, couldn't get anything down there at all, not even cell reception until a few years ago...ftballfan wrote: ↑Mon Jan 06, 2020 8:52 amThe Wave comes in more than all of the other Sunrise Side stations combined (it helps that the other large Sunrise Side signals are co-channel to locals or semi-locals)organman95 wrote: ↑Sun Jan 05, 2020 4:46 pmInteresting.
