What do you mean there is no diversity? White Dave Blondie has frosty-tipped hair, white Stephanie Parkinson’s also has multicolored hair, white Lispy Toledo has dark hair, Deputy Bill has gray hair... there’s all kinds of diversity there!
Anyone else find it ironic that a lesbian is named “femi”?
You also misspelled Ilse Lujan-Hayes and said she had talent.
The only thing Kathy Reynolds should be credited with is the world record for worst overbite.

It’s laziness. I’m surprised they don’t require her to report on weekends.sinklair wrote: ↑Mon Dec 16, 2019 9:40 amInstead of doing a nationwide search for a new News Director, Sinclair’s GM promotes Neille Giffune to the position.
Neille is an extremely hard worker and deserved the chance. However before now, she had never been a news director in any market... and her first opportunity is in market 65.
Process matters. And the GM and Scott Livingston’s decision to go with a nearly lifelong SBG employee as opposed to considering a news manager that might have a different background or perspective was a big mistake and a big missed opportunity.
Neille is a great person, but she brings zero new ideas to the table on how to grow a last placed TV station.

Must be fun driving them crazy.
Just be glad this is the company of Trump, not the Clintons.
Oh, but they all claim to never read this board.

When ignorant people can’t come up with an argument, they attack people. I’m used to hearing it.sinklair wrote: ↑Mon Dec 16, 2019 4:54 pmDudley, instead of attacking other posters here... how about staying on topic and addressing the lack of diversity in local media??? Or maybe you’re one of those anonymous posters from inside Pierson Road who think there’s nothing wrong with the lack of inclusion from persons of color, LGBTQ, gender, etc.???

Must do wonders for morale!
I’m surprised those who get let go don’t turn around and sue. It’s like I’ve always said, suing broadcasting companies is the only money to be made there!
Heck, lispy Toldo sued ABC12 because she claimed black men were treated better than she was!

Kim Russell sued TV5 because she was a woman and Flint is a dangerous city.

The only thing Kathy Overbite can claim is hiring all of her La Salle buddies, getting sued, promising Bill Harris that “he would be proud of thith thtation by the time he retired.” Well, looks like that didn’t happen either. Bill simply posts press releases directly from the sources rather than from NBC25/FOX66. And I don’t blame him.

You’re both right. No CMU intern has taken the chief meteorologist position so Ahmad is filling it for now.

Oh, you didn’t hear? The company Christmas party was at Whitey’s!
