We're Ahead Of The Curve Again On TV Antennas!

TV Antennas are the latest thing for young adults as well as older Americans. Next rage will be the resurgence of landlines. Vacuum tubes are still very much alive and hot in guitar amplifiers, and Russian avionics. Spooks are using typewriters and snail mail for secret communications. What's next?

The way Cable TV providers have been adding on another ten or twenty bucks to the bills every few months, we will be forced to go back to Antennas to watch TV.
A relative moved into a condo that had antennas split to feed the several units in the building and we hooked her TV to it. I was amazed at the variety of available programming on the many DTV sub channels from each Over-the-Air station.
For a few bucks worth of aluminum and coax cable , we can tell the expensive cable TV providers to stuff their big bills, You-know-where !!! :D

I haven't had cable TV now for 18 years. I can get around 35 OTA channels in Grand Blanc. Also use a Magnavox DVR to record and FF through commercials.

8 Track tapes and players 10 minutes a track ( track changes in the middle of “Since I’ve Been Loving You” on The “Led Zeppelin 3” 8 track ) Those were the days.
