WNIC Or WOMC For 80’s
WNIC Or WOMC For 80’s
Who does a better job for 80’s Music WNIC Or WOMC? My pick is WNIC, More variety and not as much repeats.
Re: WNIC Or WOMC For 80’s
WNIC, in my opinion. WOMC repeats too much.
98.7 is on the 80s bandwagon these days. I see that they still have an ultra-slim playlist.

iHeart does do a good job programming their '80s format. It sounds more like the type of variety you'd actually hear on a CHR station back then. WOMC just seems to play the same 100 or so "safe" '80s songs you hear everywhere else, corporate rock with a few token Madonna and Michael Jackson titles. And WNIC gets extra points for having the American Top 40 reruns.

For the best 80s mix, I consult my tape deck and turntable.

For the most part I’m into my extensive CD collection of 20K plus and I utilize them in the car and at home and still do a lot of CD purchasing today, Always ordering some online every day, Very seldom do I listen to radio for music it’s always Talk and News for radio listening and occasionally CKWW 580.
