Old Oak Properties plans to have their new downtown building complete by 2024.

It will be close to 423 feet / 129 meters high. One London Place is 113 meters according to Wikipedia. The New Building at 100 Fullerton Street is also at a slightly higher elevation. I am wondering if there will be FM radio stations either starting up from there or moving there.

* 106.9 from Fanshawe College could use a STL and transmit from there.
* The future radio station on 90.9 might move there and upgrade from Low Power status.
* New radio applications including AM to FM conversions might be considered. They could either go there or use existing towers in the area.
