Very sad to hear Mary Beth Zolik passed away after a battle with cancer. She previously co-hosted mornings with Rick on 101.5 the River and prior to that she was part of Mitch and Mary Beth on K100. (I believe WSPD before K-100?)

She started her Toledo radio career with Mitch at WSPD. The two moved to K100 not long after the station launched in 1981. They were very big there until they moved to the River in 2000. Mitch retired in 2006 and Rick replaced him. Mary Beth was diagnosed with cancer in 2012 and retired in 2016 when it was starting to take a toll.
She was always a great personality and always liked her smooth style. May she R.I.P.

She was on WSPD with Mitch on morning drive back in the days before their internet when you had to listen to WSPD to get the school closings. Very personable, decent and kind woman. She is missed.
