This went on for hours. Channel 48 was supposed to be our local UPN affiliate. However, UPN on half of the days was missing. Then around that point the FCC forced the owners to sell to Cornerstone Church. Cornerstone Church did nothing for the quality of the station. By the way, the sale price was $1. With almost the max power, many in Toledo do not get TV 20, unless they have an outdoor antenna. The signal is just not strong enough to go thru walls, especially brick.
There is a correct way to do things. Chances are, that way will be way better than kvetching.
