WDMJ Granted CP For New Tower

Post by Ben Zonia » Mon Nov 13, 2023 3:17 pm

The new tower will replace the tower that collapsed. It is just under 200 feet, so it requires no lighting. The Day power remains at 5000 watts. The Night power will be increased from 135 watts to 140 watts due to the shorter tower. The inefficient STA antenna will also be replaced by this. The STA was for 200 watts Day and 135 watts Night. There should be a very noticeable increase in signal over the STA.
