Henderson Vs Coyne

Getting back to the court case, there was a hearing yesterday, as the Coynes have asked the courts for a emergency order to get their "business equipment" back from the WLDR studios. Has an STA been filed for WLDR yet?

From different sources, seems like Blarney Stone Broadcasting owns the tower that House's WLDR;So trying to get this straight, Blarney Stone pays to LMA WLDR while Wldr rents out tower space from Blarney Stone?

That sounds about right. However, I'd imagine the LMA fees owed are substantially more than the tower rent. But you might even be more entertained if you dig into it and find out the there's probably a governmental agency that owns the dirt under the tower. Someone mentioned that in passing some time ago. It would certainly add to the fun of it all if that's the case.
