I do in fact have direct knowledge from those extremely frustrated with Matt and Neille’s poor communication, overbearing management style, and unrealistic workload and timelines. Plus all you need to do is look at the past year how many green MMJs they have cycled through to know your support of management is complete BS.

My friend at fox47 says she's well liked but is shushed by the men matt and Gary. I guess they hired AJ walker, a non-meteorologist who was a reporter with a bad reputation at CBS Detroit. This was against Neille and Sugden's wishes. Sounds like the real issues are starting with and keep stemming from Gary. I'm surprised he survived the culling of Scripps GMs. The employees Scripps-wide were sent a survey about the company. They will have a company wide zoom call about the results in a few weeks. I'd love to be a fly on the wall for that one.

Agreed. I like Sugden but I can tell he's checked out. I guess that makes sense with the removal of his chief title now that there is actually a weather staff. Especially with a reporter acting as a "meteorologist"

Brad has always believed he’s the smartest person in the room. He’s not, tho.

People were glad when he left WJRT. Now this so called Scientific Communications Manager needs to be brought down a peg or two.

He had publicly posted he talks to and visits with almost the staff there. He made it no secret he had issues with management, and from what I read so do you.
