For months now, the studios mics, all of them it appears, have excessive clipping and just sound like crap. No issue with commercials, field reports, promos, etc. Its bad enough that beyond noon news (WLNS is the only one), my news viewing has shifted to WILX. Suprised its been going on so long.
Something in their live studio audio chain is f'd up!
