Somebody (not me this time!) sent industry rag FTV Live a photo of a Mid-Michigan News Now vehicle parked in a handicap spot.

What Scott Jones didn’t report is the car is clearly parked outside the station — likely the MMJ or photographer was parked there while loading up or unloading the car.
Not that it matters… but it made for a bad day for those of my former colleagues who were yelled at by Karin and Becky. Not that this is what they should be focusing on. There’s kind of bigger fish to fry… like the lack of ratings, or bad revenue forecast, or lack of staff, or horrible morale.

Maybe it was the van that was handicapped. They don't pay the people enough, they don't service their vehicles enough.

Nope. Just lazy reporters. It’s clearly labeled as a handicap parking spot. And the last time I checked, none of our reporters or photographers have a physical disability. Our managers obviously have some learning difficulties, so maybe they qualify?
