5 has superior talent. 12 is where your career goes to die.
With the exception of Angie and Terry Camp, I don't see any breakouts. Average going through the motions.

Each station has a mixed bag of talent:

WNEM
Good: Frank Turner, Meg McLeod, Bryan Bachman, Chris Easlick
Okay: Blake Keller, Jamie Sherrod, Mathieu Mondro, James Felton, Kendall Keys, Trevor Sochocki
Bad: David Custer, Colette Stinger, John Gross, Rachel McCrary, Scot Johnson, Jason Fielder

WJRT
Good: Matt Barbour, Matt Franklin, Angie Hendershot, Mark Bullion, Terry Camp, Mallory Pearson
Okay: Dawn Jones, Christine Winter, Ann Pierret, Matt Witkos, Michael Nafso
Bad: Cheri Hardmon, Charlie Tinker
I am not familiar with Christine Kanerva or Rachel Sweet

WEYI/WSMH
Good: Stephanie Parkinson, Mike Woolfolk, Leslie Toldo, Dave Bondy, Kristen Lowe, Jonathan Deutsch, Bria Jones, Ahmad Bajjey
Okay: Ron Hilliard, Lia Kamana, Remi Murray
Bad:

I hate to mention this, but I would choose Katie O'Mara. Gray likes their TV12 employees. Besides, who at 5 would you really keep?
Katie isn’t coming back because of health issues

+1. Barely disagreeing with this assessment

You must work for TV5 the way you keep defending the rusty nickel. They HAD a superior news product and talent - about 25+ years ago. Now, not so much. Jayne Hodak needs to do an anchor shuffle when she gets there. Bury Custer on mornings with Colette and put Frank Turner in his place.
